Director's Notes
There are few events in life as exciting as opening night of a production! Musicals are fun and they bring together all the performing arts in one program; which makes it ever harder and more exciting. And this musical is not a regular musical. Our students have something in common with the characters in FAME; each is a unique individual discovering and pursuing their goals. They have earned this moment in the spotlight and never shy away from the “hard work” necessary to achieve their dreams. I am so proud of them and their sense of commitment and professionalism. A strong work ethic is the first lesson of theatre, and as we see them grow to bright futures, they also are better performers.
No matter if they are on their early stages of theatre or have been preforming many times they have worked together to prepare this wonderful production. The moments they have spent on a stage will “Live Forever”
