RON MILTS, Director - is a Director, Actor, Lighting Designer, and a former Theater Educator. He completed his Bachelor's Degree at the University of California Riverside with a dual degree in History and Theater. Ron started working as an Actor in 2001 performing as a comedian in short film and commercial work. He also toured the country with the comedy improv groups Marlowe’s Shadowe and The Lords of Laughter for 10 years. In 2007 Ron entered into the world of Theater production and since that time has worked as an award-winning Director/Producer/Lighting Designer having worked on over 100 shows at a variety of venues from LA to Scotland. In 2009 Ron began teaching acting workshops that have been taken by thousands of students, adults, and professionals at colleges, festivals, theater camps, and corporate events. In 2014 Ron launched the Nerdlife Crisis Podcast where he and his cohosts examine nerd culture and the question of ‘What it’s like to be a Nerd at 40’. Ron also is an owner of IB comics that publishes the popular titles Grace and Legba’s Juke Joint.
