Lauren Ybarra

as Dorothy Gale

Lauren has been performing since she was seven years old in her debut as a Munchkin in the Wizard of Oz. Nine years later she is beyond excited to relive the memories from a new perspective. She would like to thank everyone who has ever been in a show with her, every teacher, the cast of her very first musical, and most of all, her family.
Emmit Grimm

as Hunk/Scarecrow

Emmit “da stud” Grimm is a senior this year, and this will be the third show he will be performing in. Although he never thought he’d be in theatre, he is very grateful for the opportunity to act in these wonderful productions and is very happy to be a part of it. He would like to thank his mom, dad, friends and family for always supporting him in his endeavours.
Lili Haltom

as Hickory/Tin Woodsman

Lilian Haltom is a senior in the theatre department this year. She plays the role of Tin Man and is excited to lead the show alongside her favorite people. Lili is very involved in the theatre company being the drama club president and participating in every production she can be in. Lili would like to thank her friends and family for always being there to support her.
Jackson Shanafelt

as Zeke/Cowardly Lion

Senior Jackson Shanafelt is enthusiastic about performing as the Lion in The Wizard of Oz. Jackson plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. After college, he hopes to be hired at a company such as SpaceX. He enjoys playing video games and looking at memes in his spare time. Jackson would like to thank his family and friends for their support
Aliah Shabbir

as Miss Almira Gulch/Wicked Witch Of The West

Aliah Shabbir is a Senior and has been a part of theatre since 8th grade. She has been in multiple productions, her first being Leaving Iowa where she played the role of Sis and one of her most recent being The Audition where she played Soleil. She is very excited to be a part of the Wizard of Oz and would like to thank her family, friends, and director for their support.
