Corinne Gerwe

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Gerwe is a published author of clinical work, plays, and novels of fiction and non-fiction. She believes in the power of creative expression in early childhood and the need for programming that enables children to experience growth in this area while interacting with others in a safe and positive environment.
Christine O'Connor

Stage Manager

Christine performed locally as Metellus in The Ides (Shakespeare and Friends adaptation of Julius Caesar), Mrs. Brill in Mary Poppins, Guildenstern and gravedigger in Hamlet, Ann Putnam in The Crucible, and the Master and Adrian in Shakespeare’s The Tempest; she won aBarney award for Assistant Stage Manager for August Osage County.
Laura Schifferli

Choreographer

Laura began dancing at age 6 and assisting her ballet teacher at age 12 Laura’s dream was to be a dance teacher, and at age 23, opened The Happy Feet School of Dance. Laura performed modern dance through her 30s and then, after an injury, turned her focus to yoga and massage. She currently teaches creative movement, dance for theater and tumbling at the Henderson County Parks and Rec center and is working to expand her company, Happy Feet Kids Classes, nationally. Teaching children’s dance continues to be an essential part of Laura’s joy of life.
Alex Farrell

AV Director

Alex is excited to be helping out with tech for this production. She has assisted in many Musicals, with roles ranging from acting to stage crew. A few productions she has helped with are The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Seussical: The Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Mary Poppins, and many more.
Rachel Davis

Assistant Stage Manager

Rachel is thrilled to be back for her second production with the MPT family, following her on stage appearance in Mary Poppins. She thanks the amazing cast and crew for all the fun, as well as her family for their endless love and support!
