    TRUMPET III

    Kyle has been playing the trumpet since 3rd grade and performs with the MHS jazz and concert bands. He has been selected and performed for Area All-State Orchestra and Band and played in Anything Goes pit last year. Kyle is an avid swimmer and loves music and playing with his trumpet section. Thanks to his family and friends for their support!

    Seamus O'Brien

    TROMBONE

    Seamus O’Brien is a senior at MHS. This is his third year playing in the Pit Orchestra. Seamus plays Tuba in the MHS Concert Band and Trombone in the Jazz “A” Band. Seamus is undecided on which college he will be attending in the fall but knows he will be majoring in Music Education. He thanks Mr. Hooker and Ms. Gellert and the MHS Music Dept. for a great four years.

    VIOLIN

    Julia is a senior at MHS where she performs in the Chamber and Symphony Orchestras. She is a member of Tri-M and plays violin outside of school with Lucie and Kevin in their trio. Julia is very happy to play in the pit orchestra for WEST SIDE STORY and thanks all of her orch mates, cast, crew and teachers for their support!

    CELLO

    Lucie is a senior and is a member of the Symphony Orchestra, FBLA, Co-President of Tri-M and many other prestigious clubs/orgs at MHS. Lucie attends the Manhattan School of Music pre-college where she studies cello and is a member of the philharmonic orchestra. She is very excited to perform in the pit this year, especially with her trio mates: Julia and Kevin. Thank you to her family and friends.

    Alison Kempf-Haxton

    CELLO

    Alison Kempf-Haxton is a senior and plays the cello in the pit orchestra. This is her third musical at MHS, previous shows include Once Upon a Mattress and Anything Goes. When she isn’t playing cello, Alison volunteers at Mamaroneck EMS & enjoys watching Netflix. She has really enjoyed playing with the pit orchestra this year, the music this year was really complex and a fun challenge.
