Thank you for letting me reach for the stars with you on all of the past shows and for the privilege of getting to watch you grow, year by year, into the extremely talented people you are. The pose and confidence that you have gained in this auditorium will carry you far in life. All my best wishes for great success on your life journey!”
NOTES FROM THE CHOREOGRAPHER:
“Seniors, the past four years have gone by quickly and I will miss you next year. I have watched you grow into confident young adults and performers. You have brought passion to our stage and that intensity is a legacy that will last far into the future.
Featured dancers, thank you for all the hours you spent at additional rehearsals. There were times we laughed and times we didn’t, but you never gave up. The dances were challenging; the expectations were high, and you did it! Congratulations.
Cast members, this year has seen many changes and challenges. But, your dedication and commitment to the MCHS Spring Musical has not changed, and for that I applaud you. Wearing masks, social distancing, altered schedules, relocated rehearsals, none of those challenges were stronger than your desire to present the highest quality performance possible. Thank you for all the hours spent learning the dances. Be proud of you accomplishments; I’m proud to be your choreographer.
Parents, thank you for trusting us to keep your children safe and allowing me to share my passion for dance with them. Watching the expressions change from confusion to confidence as we progress through rehearsals is a gift that I always cherish.
