The Pajama Game!
It has been my honor to direct this amazing and talented cast of actors and performers. After each rehearsal, I left with a big smile on my face and found myself singing the songs on the drive home. This silly, funny and many say cute little musical is about management and labor.
The boss of an Iowa pajama factory hires handsome Superintendent Sid Sorokin to oppose the union worker’s demand for a seven-and-a-half cent raise. Beautiful Babe Williams is the head of the union’s grievance committee. The two meet, sparks fly, and as they say the rest is history.
So, sit back, relax and let’s all go back to a simpler time and era. Back to annual work picnics, knife throwing contests, and secret night clubs.
