Million Dollar Meatballs - January 24 - January 26, 2025

Meridian High School

 Acknowledgements

These shows can only come together with the help of others. Below are some special thank yous:

  • Thank you to all of the teachers and administrators for helping us put this show together. It takes a lot of work in study halls, after school, and on weekends to put this show together, which we know can be an inconvenience. Thank you so much for supporting all of us and this show!

  • Thank you to our custodial staff for helping us with lighting issues and being patient with us as we have worked in the auditorium.

  • Thank you to Dunker Electric for the donation of batteries and continued support.

  • Thank you to Grayson Ventress for your assistance with lights and woodworking. Even after graduating, we know we can count on you!

  • Thank you to Will Warnick for helping us to pick up and bring in all the wood we needed for our set.

  • Thank you to Mr. Pekovitch for being available to answer questions and provide advice. We appreciate your continued support.

  • Thank you to Greg Collins for coming in to help us create our walls and put up our set. We truly couldn't have finished this set without all of your help.

  • Thank you to Mrs. Stewart for continuing to assist and give advice as we put on this show. Your assistance for auditions and answering the panicked texts from Mrs. Steele were appreciated.

  • Thank you to all of our patrons for supporting our amazing drama club kids. They work so hard and take such pride in what they do!

  • Thank you to all of the amazing Meridian High School Drama Club students! You are all amazing, whether you are a first year or fourth year thespian.

A Note from the Sponsor

Kiddos,

This has been a crazy year. In my first year as the Drama Club sponsor, we had to navigate a fairly small cast, change the show date, replenish our set walls, and so much more. I know that this drama season has seemed to drag on and on for you, and I would by lying if I said it didn't drag on to me as well. But we overcame all of these obstacles and here we are: putting on a show that you can be proud of, made up of a cast and crew that I am proud of.

Watching you come together, grow as actors and crew, and work to create this show has been a true joy. I cannot wait to continue to work with you all as we build up our program.

Ryan... I truly could not have done this whole thing without you. You have been my right-hand man for this adventure, and I am so happy that you are. You are thorough, consistent, thoughtful, focused, and just the best. I am excited that I can work with you as my student director for another year. Next year, though, please don't almost take out my eye.

I love all of you. Thank you for joining me in putting on Million Dollar Meatballs. To me, you are all priceless gems.

Thank you,

Mrs. Steele
