Nancie McLaughlin holds a degree in Business Administration and an MA in Education. She is co-owner and operator of McLaughlin Studios and works tirelessly to bring the best in arts education to the community. She is proud of her staff and students and looks forward to each performance that showcases the talents of everyone involved.

Danielle Mercado
Director
Danielle is a Sacramento based Director. She attended Sac State for her undergrad in Theatre Arts, and went on to pursue her Master of Arts in Directing at Roosevelt University Chicago School of Performing Arts. She administered and taught the theatre program at Bradshaw Christian School for 5 years before joining McLaughlin. She has also Assistant Directed at Capital Stage and Sacramento State.

Natalie Quilici
Choreographer
Natalie Quilici, a South Bay local who has a passion for creativity and movement invention. Favorite projects she has worked on include Vision Dance and The Drowsy Chaperone, and is excited to create with MTC productions.

Jared Capper
Vocal Director/Sound Design
Jared has a passion for acting. He will soon be studying for his Bachelor’s in Acting in Southern California. His most notable roles are Munkustrap in CATS, Bert in Mary Poppins, and Emmett Forrest in Legally Blonde. Jared has won Elly Awards for Leading Actor and Sound Design. Jared is so excited to be co-directing Peter Pan and to brighten the stage with this incredibly talented cast!
