Evelyn Brooks

Evelyn, also known as Annie, iss excited because #1 it is her first year at MCE and #2 this is her first play. Her favorite color is teal, she loves to read, and she is so glad she got the role of Annie. Her favorite hobbies are softball and piano! She hopes that everyone has a good time at the show! I would love to give a shout out to Mr. Winters and Ms. Brooks, my mom.

Alaya Davison

Starring in this year’s McClelland Elementary production is Alaya as Mrs. Hanigan! Alaya was born in Indiana, is age 12, and has two baby brothers Ecko and Krue. Some goals she has for this year are to listen to other peoples’ suggestions to help improve her skills, and to be a good peer towards the other actors. Alaya has also appeared in the 2024 production, Frozen. When she’s not in the theater, she enjoys, coloring, playing piano, and hanging out with her cousins. Alaya would like to thank her family, as well as, Jaiden, Evelyn, Scarlet, Hannah, Serenity, Max, Andrea, Lyla, Ella, Camilla, Briella, and Mrs. Newby and Mr. Scanlon. Mrs. Newby and Mr. Scanlon have worked so hard to make this come together, using up their time, and patience to make this happen. I hope you enjoy the show! Thank you for coming!

Max Wingo

Max is playing Mr. Warbucks in the musical. Things he likes to do in his free time are baseball and football. He also likes to play with his dog, Cairo, and eat seafood boil, chicken parm, and orange chicken. He and his dad are basically twins since they love video games, especially sports games. He and his mom like to watch movies.
