Shelbea Owen is so excited to be apart of her first production at Marietta High School. Shelbea is 15 years old and is a junior. She has performed in multiple productions out of the Strand Theater on the marietta square. Some of her favorite roles have been Amneris' in AIDA, Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty, Wendy Jo' in Footloose & Fiona in Shrek The Musical
Daniel Frisbee

as Corny Collins

Daniel Frisbie is a junior who most recently appeared at the Marietta Performing Arts Center in a Broadway Musical Review benefitting the Davis Direction Foundation. Daniel was also chosen to perform at the Cobb Energy Center with the 2015 Schuler Hensley Awards Student Ensemble. He appeared in his high school’s production of "Aida" (Zoser) and has been in numerous shows at Marietta’s Earl Smith S
Jacob Garcia

as Edna

Mr. Garcia is the Artistic Director of this fine Theatre Dept. and has been involved with theatre since the age of 5 and has 25 years of performance experience. 125 productions under his belt and has performed and lived in 36 states. He was blessed to have been on broadway and a proud equity member. You may have seen him in Wicked, Oklahoma, Mamma Mia, The Last 5 years in New York and Aladdin in California. He has assissted directed for the show Equus with Daniel Radcliffe and owes it to his mentors Dustin Hoffman and the late Richard Attenborough. His film works is imdv listed and includes Selena, Pearl, Harbor, and Every Hidden Thing. He also has a country christian praise and worship album on iTunes dedicated to his late grandmother entitled "When I fly Away" that made the top 5 song list on 754 international radio channels. He has developed this theatre dept. from 86 students to 623. Thanks to his wife for her patience and support and to his students.
Elise Harvin

as Penny Pingleton

Elise Harvin is a junior and has been in the IB One Acts, "Grease", and "Chicago". She has had 7 years of dance training at Georgia Metropolitan Dance Theatre. She would like to thank Mr. Garcia, Mrs. Kacy, and Mr. Sterling for all of their hard work and for the opportunities they give her. She would also like to thank her family for their support.
