  • Sarah Blasenheim

    as Dorothy Gale

    Sarah Blasenheim, a junior, is honored to play one of her dream roles in her sixth production at Manalapan High School. Other roles include: Arsenic and Old Lace (Elaine Harper), Spring Awakening (Ensemble), The Little Mermaid (Flotsam), Harvey (Myrtle Mae Simmons), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Olive Ostrovsky), All in The Timing (Kafka), Curtains (Niki Harris), Legally Blonde (Ensemble). Sarah would like to thank her friends and family for all the love and support, and all of her voice and dance teachers for paving the way to her success.

  • Blake Wallace

    as Hunk/Scarecrow

    Blake is thrilled to be in another Manalapan High School Production.  For his junior year, the shows have been a safe haven for him to relax and to enjoy himself.  Blake has been in three previous Manalapan High School shows, Dr. Sanderson in Harvey, Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid, Mortimer Brewster in Arsenic and Old Lace, and he is overjoyed to play Scarecrow in Wizard of Oz for his last show of his junior year. He would like to thank his family for encouraging him to be in the shows. He would also like to thank the entire drama club for making a wonderful in-school family and giving him a great activity and group of people to spend time with. Blake wishes everyone the best of luck for this show and to have a wonderful performance of The Wizard of Oz.  

  • Michael Daly

    as Hickory/Tinman

    Michael, a Junior, is very excited for his second performance, and first ever musical debut at Manalapan High School. He previously performed in Manalapan High School’s Arsenic and Old Lace as Mr. Gibbs and Lieutenant Rooney. Joining drama club at the start of the year, he knew he had a lot of potential to prove to his peers, and to himself. He is very excited to be performing his first ever lead role in a production, and has a lot to offer in the future. He would like to thank his family and friends for being very supportive of him all the time, and he would like to thank everyone who worked very hard to make this production the best it could possibly be. He wishes lots of luck to all of the cast and crew!
