 Who's Who in the Crew 

  • Philip Pallitto

    Director

    Mr. Pallitto is an instructional coach with the Somers Point School District, and adjuncts at Stockton and ACCC, and is the 2021 Atlantic County Teacher of the Year. Mr. Pallitto collaborated with Disney Theatricals and Music Theater International while directing the musicals in Somers Point for 17 years, piloting the regional premieres of several productions, including Frozen, The Lion King, Seussical and Mary Poppins. He is also the director of educational programming at The Gateway Playhouse, directing Oklahoma!, West Side Story, The Pirates of Penzance, Chicago, and Bye Bye Birdie, among many others. He has directed, designed, starred in, and held just about every technical position in countless educational, regional, and community productions, winning the Broadway World Regional Awards for his lighting design of She Loves Me and Little Women with the Shaken Not Stirred Players. Proud alumnus of MRHS and Wagner College (Staten Island, NY). Thanks to KM&RP.

  • Alex Dannecker

    Technical Director

    Mr. Dannecker graduated from Stockton University with a degree in Theatre Design & Technology. Alex is the Scenic and Lighting designer for the MRHS Drama Club production of Anything Goes. His previous works include: Off-Boardwalk Cabaret produced by Juniper Productions (Technical Director), Atlantic City Fashion Week Fall ’16 (Lighting Director), Heather’s (Set/Lighting Designer) for Artemis Theatre Co., The Love of the Nightingale (Lighting Designer) for Stockton University. Dannecker is very proud of his Stage Crew students for their hard work and dedication. He is also glad to be working with such a great production team on his final show at Mainland. He wishes the best for the MRHS Drama Club and Stage Crew.
