Brenda Biehler Turville
Director
Brenda Biehler Turville is originally from Utah and has been performing onstage since the age of two. She was the playwright and director/choreographer for Kaua'i's production in the 1990's known as "He 'Olelo Ho'ohiki I Malama 'Ia - A Promise Kept." She has directed and choreographed numerous productions in her career. Recent years’ works on Kaua'i include Forever Plaid, The Fantastiks, and Man of LaMancha. Now in its tenth-straight-year on Kauai, Brenda directs Rodgers and Hammersteins's South Pacific at the Kaua'i Beach Resort. She has taught performance to many local keiki on Kaua'i since 1987 and currently holds a position in the arts at King Kaumuali'i Elementary School. She owns and performs for The Showtime Characters for private and public events. She co-owns Pohaku Plumbing, Inc. Brenda is the very pleased mother of Jace Turville who graduated from Kauai High School and attends ASU, studying chemical engineering.

Dolly Kanekuni
Music Director
Dolly Kanekuni was born in Italy and raised in Ohio. She lived in Los Angeles where she studied voice under Seth Riggs and was instrumental in the formation of his (Speech Level Singing) teaching association. Dolly was certified at the top tier of SLS (Level 5) for 12 years. She then moved to Kauai to raise a family and has been teaching private vocal technique throughout Hawaii and has musical-directed many theatrical productions. Dolly is President of the Hawaii Children's Theatre, performs at special events and sings with several bands. She is a VIP instructor for VocalizeU, the leading vocal instruction app/program on the market. When not teaching or performing she can be found with husband, Kuni, and sons, Anthony and Blade, learning songs on a sun-drenched beach on Kauai's westside.
