Chad Scheppner
Director
Chad has been working as a director, instructor, writer, and administrator of the performing arts for children for nearly 30 years. He has taught at Regional Theatres, Shakespeare Festivals, Universities, Studios, Camps, and Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. His diverse work history in Los Angeles ranges from creating plays with at-risk youth and multi-generational gang families in East LA, to producing and directing scores of musicals each year in Santa Monica. He has also worked as a musical director, conductor, and instructor of music, theatre, and dance in communities from Malibu to Manhattan Beach. His overall objective for THEATRE 31 is to provide fun, non-competitive performing arts classes that give students an opportunity to strengthen their abilities to perform and collaborate, enhance their skills of interpersonal awareness, and build self-confidence.

Farley Crawford Bliss
Art & Technical Direction
Farley Crawford Bliss is a multifarious visual artist who has had the pleasure of working with Theatre 31 as a set designer, painter and instructor since 2013. She is also an illustrator, muralist, production designer and gardener. Over the years, she has led after-school and summer-camp art workshops for young people in CA, OR, MA and NY.

Anniwaa Bouchie
Choreographer
A true renaissance woman! Anniwaa is a Ghanaian - British, south London, award winning Actress (2007 Alan Bates Outstanding Newcomer award) Dancer and writer. An esteemed stage actress, she has worked extensively on stages in London and internationally, performing at world renowned theatres such as The Pubic Theater, The Old Vic, Young Vic, and the National Theatre of Ghana. She recently went to Kenya to direct and create a movement drama piece with the amazing children of Sauti Kuu, an organization created and led by inspirational Dr. Auma Obama, sister of the former president.
