Director Note:
It has been such an adventure to wrap our brains around a dramatic virtual show! I’m so proud of how the cast and crew have embraced the idea of doing a zoom show. As students of theatre, they all know that the show must go on—and they have done their best to make sure that happens. I have appreciated their dedication and enthusiasm.
What an interesting look into history to learn about the details of the orphan trains. In Texas alone, there were 1, 327 riders who were placed in homes!
Thank you so much for supporting the Evans Theatre Department whether it be live on stage, or live on the screen.
