The cost of putting on a musical of this magnitude is great, often reaching into thousands of dollars. Our program is committed to allowing every student to join with no participation fee and with limited costume expenses. This year we asked members and businesses in our community to Sponsor a Cast Member at $50.00 sponsorship donation in hopes to offset our expenses.
We received enough sponsorships for each cast member to have two sponsorships, greatly impacted the success of each cast member and our overall productionn. We are overwhelmed with gratitude and feel the love from our community for our performing arts.
With the generous support of our community and sponsorships, we will not go bankrupt this year and our program will not fall apart. With the loss of our show, it would have been all too easily for us to lose a lot on our show without the bump of ticket sales. Because of our sponsors, our program will live to have put on more shows next year and for years to come.
