Zoe Pitts

as Dorothy Gale

Zoe is a sophomore and this is her fourth show at Jasper. Some of her previous roles include Crystal in Little Shop of Horrors, Helena in Midsummer Night's Dream, and Ensemble in Les Miserables. She's excited to perform in her first lead role, and would like to thank Ms. Harris, Mr. Burke, and Mrs. Robertson for encouraging her. She would also like to thank her friends and family.
Vinita Dixit

as Aunt Em/ Ensemble

Vinita Dixit has participated in theatre productions in and out of school since first grade. She loves to sing as well, especially in school musicals. She has participated in productions like Annie, Cheaters (one act play), and Night at the Museum. Vinita is currently enrolled in the advanced theatre class at Jasper and enjoys getting to act and have fun with her friends in the class.
Jared Skoro

as Uncle Henry/ Ensemble

Jared has been in theatre for four years and he is excited to be in this production of Wizard of Oz! His favorite roles have been Dr. Einstein in "The Werewolf's Curse", Long John Silver in "Treasure Island", and Agate Keller in "Waiting for Lefty". He'd like to thank his friends and family for supporting him through thick and thin.
Lauren Farley

as Miss Almira Gulch/Wicked Witch Of The West

Lauren is a freshman and is very humbled to have this opportunity! Over the years she has been in ten shows, and this particular show is her eighth as an actor. She has been crew for the two shows earlier in the year, and this is her first school play as an actor. She is very excited to perform and continue in the theatre program for her sophomore year.
Xavier Ingram

as Hunk/Scarecrow

Xavier is a freshmen at Jasper High School, and this is his first musical ever! He has appeared in 2 other productions at Rice MS called "Miss Nelson is Missing" and "Booby Trap." Xavier is a nerdy guy who loves filming, acting, singing and Spider-Man.(Yes, you read that correctly.) He has been working hard on his portrayal of the iconic "Scarecrow" character, and he can't wait for you to see it!
