Guys and Dolls Jr - March 29 - March 31, 2016

JJ Daniell Middle School

 End Notes

Notes from the Director

to 8th Grade Principal Chorus Students:

Dakota - So glad to see you living out this portion of your dream. I remember when we first met you were talking about going to audition for the Voice. Well, Pebblebrook, here you come. I will certainly miss you much.

Arsema - Wow. Who would have thought that this shy girl would take the lead. I still remember your line from Annie Jr last year..."Come on, Ma's gonna kill us". You have certainly grown. I hope you will be able to continue to develop this craft.

Shaelin - You have such an amazing talent. I am thrilled that you decided to hang in and remain in chorus. I hope you continue making music in your future. You certainly have something to offer.

Amber - What a joy you are. I have watched you grow into such a fine musician, nerves and all. I know whatever you decide to do, it will great. I hope you continue to pursue music as you have a gift that needs to be shared.

Brie - You have truly stolen a piece of my heart. When you came to us last year, you remember, it was touch-and-go for a moment. I am so thankful that you stepped into the light, as it were, and chose the right path. Stay there girl, it works. I love you too!

Jacob - What a joy to have watched you grow over these past 3 years. First your brother and now you. You make a great "Nathan Detroit". Live your life on stage, the world is your audience.

Jett - I'm so thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with you in some way during your time here at Daniell. I wish you would have joined chorus, but this is almost as good.

Joshua - Oh, I'm so glad you joined chorus. Remember when your mom wanted you to drop chorus? (Thanks Stephanie for letting him stay). You are quite the talented young man and should you choose to pursue this line of work, you could do great things. Stop talking so much though...

Mason - What can I say Mason. You have always been a wonderful musician since I first met you back in 6th grade. Your ability to hear is incredible and your ability to match pitch and read music is exceptional. Thank you for being a part of this production. I hope you've enjoyed the experience.

8th Grade Chorus inside joke (though not really funny...)

"Will You Teach Me".... tear, tear, and many more tears...

I will miss you ALL!

Much Love,

"Sing"cerely Yours,

Ms. Madison

(P.S. This is the last playbill that will say Ms. Madison - how wierd is that? )
