Kalyn Davis
Kalyn Davis is a Choral Director at Wadsworth High School in Wadsworth, Ohio, where she directs four choirs, teaches music theory and musical theatre and directs two musical productions per year. Kalyn received her bachelor’s degree from Anderson (Indiana) University, and her Masters of Music Education from Kent State University.
Mrs. Davis has been an active member of NAfME, and recently had the opportunity to perform at Disney World participating in the Give a Note Foundation’s Music in Our Schools Tour. She has won numerous competition awards and has also been involved in OMEA contests where her groups have received top ratings. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three little kiddos, and furry kids Max & Maggie.
The WHS Choir Department Performs 6 concerts per year, is involved in community events & performances, hosts student camps, competes at Music in the Parks, participates in the WCS Fine Arts Festival, Suburban League Honor Choir, as well as, District 6 OMEA Solo & Ensemble, and has grown to over 220 students involved in vocal music.
They recently just performed in Chicago, IL. at the Stanely Field Hall. Rhythm in Red also performed on the 94th floor of the 360 Chicago Observation Deck. We are looking forward to our upcoming
Holiday Spectacular on December 14 & 15th @ 7 PM.
