Christi Hagen
as Mrs. Madison
Christi Hagen (Mrs. Madison) has been involved at HLT for 8 years. She is looking forward to playing the part of Miss Madison in Higher Place in Heaven. Some of her roles on the HLT stage include Lady Thiang in The King & I, Bird Woman in Mary Poppins, Mother Abbess in Sound of Music and Dot in Savannah Sipping Society. She played keyboard in the live bands for Ring of Fire, Grease, All Shook Up & Million Dollar Quartet and directed the music for All Shook Up, Million Dollar Quartet & Sister Act. When not at the theater, Christi is the Choral Director at Sebring High School. She is grateful for the support of her husband Steve, and their three children.

Latasia Sherill
as Miss Simpson
Latasia Sherill (Miss Simpson) has been seen on the HLT stage in such shows as Grease, The Marvelous Wonderettes, Disenchanted and recently Sister Act. She is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of her first straight play and has enjoyed making magic with the rest of the cast. Tay dedicates this show to her family and friends who have continued to support her and encourage her along the way.

Evan Dressel
as Son
Evan Dressel (Son) is performing in his third main stage production. The first two roles Evan played were the butler in Sound of Music and ensemble in Young Frankenstein. Evan also performed in several HLT Summer Institute productions. This is Evan’s first major role in a main stage production. He currently attends South Florida State College and is 18 years old. Evan enjoys playing video games, spending time with his friends, watching sports and playing late-night pickleball.
