Jen Westergom
Director
Jen is the current president of HLT's Board of Directors. She is a lifetime member of HLT (more than 20 years) and has directed many shows over the years, including, most recently, Les Miserables and next season's production of Mamma Mia. She would like to thank her amazing husband for his never ending support.

Kevin Hacker
Assistant Directors
Kevin is a veteran of numerous productions at HLT. He would like to thank director Jen Westergom for the opportunity to fulfill his life long dream of being the #1 Assistant Director. He would also like to thank his beautiful wife Linda for her patience and understanding while he pursues his love of theatre.

Lindsay Lynch
(Assistant Director)
Lindsay Lynch has been a member of HLT since 1990 working both behind the scenes and on-stage. Most recently, she appeared on stage as Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables, and directed HLT hits Always...Patsy Cline, Ring of Fire, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. In 2016, she was recognized for her dedication to HLT as the recipient of the Janelou Buck Lifetime Achievement Award. She is honored to work alongside Jennifer and Kevin to bring Mary Poppins to the HLT stage. Lindsay lives in Sebring with her husband, Jeffery, and three children, Daniel, Nicholas, and Anna.

Johanna Johnston
Production Coordinator
Johanna Johnston joined HLT in 2011 shortly after moving to Sebring from Waterville, Maine. Since then she has graced the stage in shows such as Annie, Auntie Mame, Sensuous Senator and most recently Cat On A Hot Tin Roof. Johanna received her first Zenon Nomination when she played Domina in A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum. Off stage Johanna has served on the HLT Board of Directors, Chairs the Zenon Administration Committee and was the 2017 Ambassador of the year recipient. This is Johanna's first experience as Production Coordinator and has enjoyed working with the whole Production Team.
