How do we sum up the magical experience that has been Jesus Christ Superstar into simple words? It is an impossible task. The time, the bonding, the stress, the laughs, the hugs, the failures and the victories all expressed in a few simple paragraphs. There is no possible way for us to be successful expressing the gravity of what this show has meant to us, but we will try.
To our crew, we have asked a great deal from you and we are thankful beyond measure for your time and dedication. From the climbable, unique set to actual fire on stage, to the cold sparklers and amazing lighting, to the weight-baring stage in the audience. We have asked a lot of you, but you never said, “no”. Thank you for being uniquely talented, driven, and professional artists.
To our cast, we couldn’t have made better choices when we chose you. At every stage and turn of this production, you have given us more results than we ever thought we could get from a cast. We know that we have high expectations and we require a lot from all of you, but hopefully you all know what kind of work you have created together - a masterpiece. The most wonderful aspect of this masterpiece is that it is uniquely yours and wouldn’t be nearly as special without each and every one of you. We humbly thank you for entrusting us with your precious time and energy.
To our audiences, thank you for choosing to spend your evening with us at Jesus Christ Superstar. We hope to make you smile, cry and cheer, but most of all, we hope to move you.
