Tammie Pollard
Director/Set Designer
Tammie Pollard has had leading roles in Auntie Mame, Lost in Yonkers, On Golden Pond, Once Upon a Mattress, Steel Magnolias, Doubt, To Kill aMockingbird, The Miracle Worker, Moonlight and Valentino, and Young Frankenstein. She has also directed productions of Lend Me a Tenor, A FunnyThing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Grease, West Side Story, AIDA, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, among others, for HLT. She is a two-time Zenon Award winning actress, a five-time Zenon winner for Best Director, a two-time Zenon winner for Best Costuming, a four-time winner for Best Play, a Lifetime Member, and a recipient of the Jane Lou Buck Lifetime Achievement Award. Tammie currently serves as the Chair of HLT’s Scholarshipand Library/Archive Committees, and she is the Secretary on the HLT Board of Directors. She is a retired English and drama teacher who lives in Sebring with her husband and their pets.

Cassidy Hitt
Assistant Director/Choreographer
Cassady Hitt has been a member of Highlands Lakeside Theatre for over ten years now. She has enjoyed getting to perform on stage in such shows as Disenchanted, The Addams Family, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. She is also a Zenon award winning choreographer for musicals. Cassady is also a part of the Summer Theatre Institute, and loves teaching the campers and stage managing the summer shows. Cassady is working toward becoming a director at HLT. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Nelly Ford

Nelly Ford has been a volunteer/member of HLT for over 30 years. She would like to thank Director, Tammie Pollard, for this opportunity. Shrek is one of the Ford family's favorite shows and it has been an absolute pleasure working with this talented cast! Nelly would like to thank the cast and crew rockstars in Shrek for putting in the work and time to create beautiful music. Nelly would also like to thank her husband, children, and friends who support her love of theatre. Tammie would like to especially thank Nelly for being the Tech Guru Extraordinaire for the show!
