Laurie Simmons
as Sylvie
has been involved with HLT for almost four years now, having had roles in Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Wife), The Music Man (Pick-a-Little Lady), Godspell (Laurie), Under the Big Top, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Muriel Eubanks). She has also worked on sound design and as a sound tech for Arsenic & Old Lace. She is ecstatic to be working with such a wonderfully talented and incredible cast of women. A huge thank you goes out to the amazing Pete Pollard and to the wonderful production staff and crew! She is truly grateful to her husband and parents for their never-ending love and support.

Diana McPhail
as Rebecca
has been a Highlands County resident for 29 years. She and her husband Danny own McPhail’s Auto Sales and are currently season sponsors. She is married and has 5 children. Diana has been involved with HLT on stage as well as offstage for the past four seasons. She has had minor roles in Hairspray, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Marvelous Wonderettes. This is her first leading role, and she is honored to be a part of the Highlands Lakeside Theater.

Julia Laframboise
as Lucy
is 19 years old and currently works at Heartland Animal Hospital in Lake Placid. She has been a member of Highlands Lakeside Theatre for 10 years now, and she has loved every second of it! She was an orphan in Annie, played a boy in 13 The Musical, participated in High School Musical 2, The Wizard of Oz, Hairspray, Grease and Mamma Mia, and most recently appeared as Betty Jean in The Marvelous Wonderettes. Julia has also been involved with the Summer Theatre Institute for 8 years, as well as being a part of the backstage crew, sound, hair and makeup on multiple productions. Theatre is Julia’s passion and she loves spending her free time with her theatre family!
