Dr. Xavier Rodriguez
Executive Producer
Dr. Xavier Rodriguez has been an involved musician and director for over 25 years. He had led musically or performed at various musicals and shows such as Rocky Horror Picture Show, Beauty and the Beast, The Wiz, Grease, among others including opera theatre. He has performed and was featured at numerous recordings, television shows, music contests and was a Grammy Education semi-finalist. He previously worked for Elmont and is currently the proud Director of Fine Arts, Music, and Library Media for Hempstead Schools. He received his B.S in Music Education from Hofstra University, and his M.S. in Education from Long Island University, and Post Certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University. He also holds a Doctorate in Educational and Instructional Leadership from St. John’s University.

William Taylor
Sound Engineer
Mr. Taylor has been teaching for over 25 years. He played guitar for In the Heights, Addams Family, Sister Act and Motown Review at HHS. He has also worked with the following: Bon Jovi, Sublime, Lou Gramm of Foreigner, Phil Collin of Def Leppard, Wilson Phillips, Lettuce, Rich Derringer, Santo and Johnny, The Excellents, The Happenings, The Coasters, Jay Black, The Association, Sonny Turner, The Classics, The Elegants, The Marcels, Bobby Wilson, The Duprees, Jay Seigel, Gary Lewis and the Playboys and more. Outside of teaching and playing, William installs world-class sound and lighting systems in some of the best venues on the East Coast. He is currently on call for touring Broadway shows and North American tours. He has been hired to engineer oversees in places such as Barcelona, Dubai and Monte Carlo with further European tours upcoming.

Sean Reichert
Set Designer
Mr. Reichert has been a teacher in Hepstead Public Schools for 22 years. He has taught Studio in Art, Commercial Art, and Digital Art. He is happy to lend his amazing talents to help usher in the new talent in Hempstead.
