Kayla Williford-Jones is a second year Strategic Communications major on a Pre-Law track. Singing since the age of six, she’s excited to make her musical debut in Dreamgirls and further her artistic journey! This performance is dedicated to her late vocal coach, Ilana Martin, whose guidance and support continues to inspire her.

as Deena Jones

Nina Moody is a second year Music Performance major. She is delighted to return to the stage in Dreamgirls. Passionate about the arts, when she’s not performing, Nina enjoys writing music and playing guitar. She extends a heartfelt thanks to her friends and family for their unwavering support and guidance.
TRINITY EVANS

as Lorrell Robinson

Trinity Evans is a second year Music Education (Voice) major from Bear, DE. She is in the HU Choirs and Hampton Players. She’s starred in several productions including Once on This Island (Ti Moune). Trinity thanks Dr. Goode-Middleton and Dr. Jackson. She dedicates this performance to her late grandfather, grandmother, Miani, parents, family, and friends.

Austin Smith is a second year Kinesiology major from Atlanta, GA. He is currently a member of the Hampton University and Concert Choirs. He thanks his mother, grandmother and sister for always supporting and encouraging his pursuits as well as Dr. Middleton for the amazing opportunity to be a part of this beautiful show.

Evan Hamilton is a first year Theater Performance major. His family is heavily involved in the arts. His previous roles include Davey (Newsies), SpongeBob (SpongeBob The Musical), and Henry Waldon (Trees). Evan thanks God along with his parents, brothers, and close friends and extended family for their love and support.
