Justin Maller

Artistic/Musical/Technical Director

Mr. Maller began his musical career at Dr. Charles Best with the lead role in Bye Bye Birdie. Musicals then became a major part of his life and career.  Mr. Maller is a graduate of UBC Music and Education programs.  He has worked 27 years as a music and theatre educator in the Delta and Coquitlam school districts, where he has served as an Artistic/ Musical/ Technical Director of over 18+ musicals at the high school level. Mr. Maller has also performed with and/or worked for T.U.T.S., and Royal City Musical Theatre. He is currently the Conductor of the Coquitlam Chorale and has recently produced West Side Story, Legally Blonde (covid cancelled), Rent and Into the Woods & The Prom.

This is Mr. Maller’s 6th year teaching in the Coquitlam School District.  He is grateful to have an amazing co-directer in Madison Simms. Madison it has been and honour to share this production with you. Thank you to all the students for all their hard work.

Madison’s career has taken her across the globe as a Performer with Disney Cruise Line and the Shanghai Disney Resort. Additionally, she performs with local theatre companies and has been teaching dance and voice since 2017. Madison choreographed Gleneagle’s production of Legally Blonde in 2020, and she’s thrilled to return for Mamma Mia!

Abegail Avramenko

as Sophie Sheridan

Abegail Avramenko is playing the role of Sophie Sheridan in our new upcoming play this year “Mamma Mia!”. Abegail is a grade 10 student and pursuing a career as an actor, singer, songwriter. She is passionate about music and displays her performances on her YouTube channel. She is excited to be a part of Gleneagle’s Cast of Mamma Mia. 

Ariana Fuoco

as Ali

Ariana Fuoco is a grade 12 student at Gleneagle Secondary School and is so excited to be a part of this year’s “Mamma Mia!” as one of Sophie’s best friends, Ali! Her previous theatre experience includes 3 years of drama class and being a stagehand in last year’s “The Prom”. She hopes that you enjoy the show to the fullest!
