    Caitlyn Colgan is so excited to be back with Firebird after a 3 year hiatus. Although this is Caitlyn’s first summer directing for Firebird, she has been part of Firebird in MANY ways, including running social media, choreographer, assistant director, assistant choreographer, and also as an actor. Caitlyn has worked on many of past workshops, including Wizard of Oz Young Performer’s Edition, Addams Family young@part, Curtains young@part, and Spamalot young@part. She is a 2017 graduate from York College of Pennsylvania where she earned a Public Relations degree and a double minor in Speech Communications and Musical Theater. Caitlyn is also the choreographer for Spring Ford Area High School's spring musical. In 2017, Caitlyn made her NYC debut as the choreographer for the award winning premiere of Dorian Gray: The Musical for the New York Musical Festival.

    Janet is thrilled to be producing the main stage musical for Firebird after two years of anticipation! She is very happy to be working alongside Caitlyn on her double directorial debut this summer and so many new production staff members. She would like to thank everyone in the cast for keeping it POSITIVE! Janet is the President and Founder and a Firebird Director.

    Assistant Director/Set Designer

    Christen Mandracchia is happy to be returning to Firebird Theatre as the assistant director and set designer of Legally Blonde after earning her PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Maryland, where she completed her dissertation research on the theatre laboratories of the “Disney Renaissance.” She directed the award-winning Off-Broadway premiere of Dorian Gray the Musical and has worked as a professional director, designer, and producer locally, regionally, and internationally for the last decade. She believes theatre is an important tool for learning collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
