I have been in theater for 4 years. I worked on tech for our productions of The Little Mermaid, Midsummers Night Dream, and the one act team Clowns With Guns. I have worked on costumes for Grease and Crisis Inc. I am currently doing ensemble for Guys and Dolls. Theatre wasn't always my first choice when it came to activities, as I was dragged into the light booth by Ben. I had a blast working with Whitacre and the cast members when it came to setting up microphones. I want to continue working in theater when I go to college. I would like to work in the music pit or with costumes. I will definitely miss all of the people who made spring play a second home.

Brooke joined us this year for her first year. She has helped out on set and has been a wonderful addition to the theatre team.

I want to thank the theater department for blessing me with the family I have made throughout the years. I haven’t found the amount of joy I get from being out on the stage with the people I love anywhere else. I will miss this program and the people in it and I will always cherish the memories made.

I have enjoyed my time in the theater department here at Fillmore Central so much! I remember being in the ensemble my freshman year and thinking, “Wow this is cool!” I am now doing my last show. Acting for Whit has been an amazing experience; it's taught me how to overcome and adapt as well as how to make her laugh even when she's upset. I truly love doing this with all my heart. The hardest thing for me to do is leave behind the performing arts after I graduate. I may be done performing but the arts will forever be with me.
