 Crew Who's Who

  • Jane Froiland (Director)

Jane Froiland is a MN based, actor, director, and teaching artist. As an actor, she has performed with many theatres in the Twin Cities, most recently in Murder on the Orient Express at the Guthrie and is currently playing the lead in The Thin Place, at Gremlin Theatre. She has also appeared at Children's Theatre, Theatre Latte Da, Park Square Theatre, Jungle Theatre, Ten Thousand Things, Old Log Theatre, Yellow Tree Theatre, and many more. Jane also has extensive film and television experience, notably appearing in Documentary Now! opposite Fred Armisen, as well as a soon to be announced television project on ABC and Hulu this winter.

As a director, she has worked extensively with Woodbury High School, where she will be directing their Spring Play, as well as directing or assistant directing for coming performances.

As a teaching artist, she has taught workshops, camps, residencies, and master classes for many theatres.

  • Ella Williams (Choreographer)

Ella is thrilled to be joining the EHS Thespian team this season! Ella leads Morningside Theatre Company as the Artistic Director, where they have directed over 600 actors grades K-12th in over 30 productions. Their favorite shows they’ve ever directed include Urinetown, Mary Poppins and The SpongeBob Musical. This spring, Ella will be directing Clue here at EHS!

  • Kourtnee Baukol (Producer)

After a lifetime of dancing and four years with costumes, Kourtnee entered the exciting world of artistic direction this year. Thanks to the previous directors for their support and wisdom, she is thrilled to have you all here for the first show she has ever produced. Blown away by the talent of students who act, design and manage this show and the pleasure to be on an AMAZING artistic team is what drives her to be here. None of this would be possible without the amazing Boosters and their support every step of the way. Not wanting to say goodbye to her costume babies, she is still directing the wonderful student costume crew who makes the stage and her life sparkly and bright. It is sincerely, NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT, and she is humbled and honored to be a part of it all. Thank you to J, C, & B and our parents for all the love and support-they all help make this adventure possible.
