Melissa Charles

Director

In addition to being the Founder/Artistic Director of DMR Adventures, Melissa is also a professional actor. She would like to thank the incredible team who have made the impossible a reality by bringing this show to life! Thanks to the community for the love and support of DMR and a special thanks to Matt and Cooper.
Nancy Paulson

Music Director

Nancy serves as coordinator for the DMR Pre-Professional Troupes, select DMR choral ensembles, and music director for multiple DMR musicals and summer camps including this Spring's Suessical Kids production. Additionally, she was the choir director at the Village School Middle School for 14 years. Nancy can't wait to see all the DMR performers shine.
Jack Scharrer

Choreographer

Jack Scharrer (he/him) is originally from outside of the Twin Cities, MN and is so excited to be joining the DMR team for Newsies JR! Jack studied at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI and is heading to NYC to continue to pursue theatre.
Katie Wall

Associate Director

Katie Wall is a recent graduate of Viterbo University with a BFA in Music Theatre and minor in Dance. EDUCATIONAL: Wendy Jo (Footloose), Heather Duke (Heathers! the Musical). REGIONAL: Celisse (Godspell). She is so proud of these amazing students and their incredible hard work! She is so grateful to be back at DMR and looks forward to an amazing year!
