as Catherine Hiatt
Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, Dana caught the drama bug in her big break out role as The Fox in her 4th grade production of Little Red Riding Hood. Dana holds a BFA from The Univ. of Central Oklahoma, has studied at The Second City Conservatory and iO in Chicago, IO West and UCBLA. Favorite stage roles include Roxy Hart, Chicago; Rose, St. Scarlet; The Laramie Project. For 27 months (2008-2010) she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guatemala. After returning to LA, she began making movies with her writing partner (Kirkendana on YouTube) and never looked back. Dana can be seen weekly, Tuesday nights, on the mainstage at iO West performing with her Harold teams, Thunder Theory, and Cats for Rent, a musical Harold. Dana recently received the "Best Actress" award at the KO Digital International Solidarity Shorts Festival in Barcelona, Spain for her work in the short film, In Tune with You. Michael is thrilled to be reprising his college role as Jamie in L5Y and it's been a dream come true to perform this show opposite his best friend, Dana. Also from Norman, OK, Michael grew up studying dance, voice, acting, cello, french horn, trumpet and piano. After college, he lived in NYC for 3 years and went on to perform in the 1st nat'l tour of Disney's The Doodlebops, LIVE! After touring 83 cities in 8 months he decided to move to LA. Michael is a graduate of iO West and received his certification as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor in 2012. You can catch him at iO West performing in the musical Harold team, Cats for Rent. He is represented by Lemon Lime Talent Agency and can currently be seen in various nat'l print ads and commercials. Favorite stage roles include: Scarecrow, The Wizard of Oz; Orin, Little Shop of Horrors; Willard, Footloose; Curly, Oklahoma!
