Kyle Durbin

Kyle Durbin holds an MDiv from Wesley Theological Seminary and a BA (Theatre) from University of Maryland. He is the Assistant Pastor at Davidsonville UMC, and is also a certified candidate for ordained ministry in the Baltimore Washington Conference of the UMC. Kyle founded Cornerstone Theatre seven years ago. He has written three plays, "Glad Tidings," "The Rotten And The Righteous," and "All For One And Nun For All." He has performed in "Wittenburg" at The Studio Theatre, "The Second Shepherd's Play" at The Undercroft Theatre, and "Cryano De Bergerac" at The Kay Theatre. At the University of Maryland, he was a founding member and Artistic Director of Kreativity, a theatre company committed to diverse and inclusive theatre. His music has been heard on 98Rock, DC101, and WHFS. Some of his favorite directing and performance credits include "Pippin," "Godspell," and "The Pirates of Penzance."
