 MEET THE CAST

    Kyle Durbin holds an MDiv from Wesley Theological Seminary and a BA (Theatre) from University of Maryland. He is the Assistant Pastor at Davidsonville UMC, and is also a certified candidate for ordained ministry in the Baltimore Washington Conference of the UMC. Kyle founded Cornerstone Theatre seven years ago. He has written three plays, "Glad Tidings," "The Rotten And The Righteous," and "All For One And Nun For All." He has performed in "Wittenburg" at The Studio Theatre, "The Second Shepherd's Play" at The Undercroft Theatre, and "Cryano De Bergerac" at The Kay Theatre. At the University of Maryland, he was a founding member and Artistic Director of Kreativity, a theatre company committed to diverse and inclusive theatre. His music has been heard on 98Rock, DC101, and WHFS. Some of his favorite directing and performance credits include "Pippin," "Godspell," and "The Pirates of Penzance." He would like to thank Joanna and Harrison for the joy they bring to his life every day.

    Emily Marks (mother) is so excited about being in Cornerstone's production of "Tarzan"! Her previous productions with Cornerstone include "Pirates of Penzance", "All for One and Nun For All", "Beauty and The Beast", "Suessical", and "Twelfth Night". Emily is a sophomore at Southern High School where she plays on the volleyball team and participates in Drama Company. She would like to thank her mother for all that she does for her and her sister! Emily wishes good luck to the cast and crew and hopes you enjoy the show!

    Nikko Boogades is a 14 year old freshman at South River High School. He plays football, baseball, and runs track. He likes to go fishing in his free time. This is his 7th musical at Cornerstone Theatre. When he graduates high school, he hopes to go to the University of Oregon and study marine biology.
