Thank you for coming out and supporting Clear Brook Theatre. We want to take a moment to recognize a few folks who have helped with putting on this production. First, thanks to our advertisers and community partners who provide the financial resources to make this show a reality. To our administration for your unending support for our kids and the program as a whole. To our parents, we are sorry for the late evenings, early mornings, and long weekends. Without your support and assistance, we could not do what we do. Lastly, to the kids, you have grown so much during this process. We are impressed by and proud of you, equally, beyond measure.
Dearly Departed is a comedy about real people and real relationships that go real wrong. Like the Reverend says, life is "crisis, catharsis and confusion". Growing up, both of our fathers taught us to not get pushed around and how to laugh off the little stuff. That is why this show speaks to us. This show is all about realizing that there really is a better tomorrow, to not take anything in life too seriously, that love really is an incredible force in our daily lives, and that you are never beyond redemption. Thank you, again, for taking time to share your evening with us. We hope you enjoy CB Players staging of Dearly Departed.
