Notes from the Director:
When I first chose Tarzan, I am fairly certain people thought I was crazy. In fact everytime I said that was what we were doing people looked at me and said, really...interesting. The fact is the story is endearing and the music is catchy. Of course the bottom line was that this show is fun. We have had a great time putting this together. The performers on this stage are amazing. Most take heavy course loads, are active in many groups, memorize song after song and line after line for the shows, for the festival, for the one act...and make it look easy. They make my job fun, they make all the stress and hectic hours worth it. They are an amazing group of young adults and I am proud to be their director. Tarzan is about accepting others for who they are, about combining two different worlds and living together. We can all learn a bit from that lesson. May all of our worlds combine. Chstage is and will forever be one family!
