Anything Goes (Beaumont 1987) - February 26 - February 28, 2015

Cincinnati Country Day School

 End Notes

FROM THE DIRECTOR…

I am very pleased to present to the CCDS community another classic show from the annals of musical theatre history. ANYTHING GOES has been around since its premiere in 1934, and seen numerous revivals on Broadway, most notably with Patti LuPone in 1987 and Sutton Foster in 2011.

With classic songs by Cole Porter, it has earned its place  as a go-to, good-old-fashioned musical comedy, seen on high school, community theatre and professional stages

across the country and around the world.

From weekly tap classes that started back in

September to balancing homework and sports schedules, this cast and crew has worked very hard

to prepare the show you are about to see.

We know that they are very glad to finally have audiences to share in the fun they’ve been having.

And as always, we appreciate your support of the arts         here at CCDS. We hope you enjoy the zany characters, classic songs, and tap-dancing feet

of ANYTHING GOES!
