Rosemarie S. Shivers (Director)

Directing her 24rd consecutive musical, Mrs. Shivers serves as the middle school band director. She has worked at Central for over 35 years. Her experiences include having served as choreographer for The Sound of Music and vocal music director for Little Shop of Horrors, Annie, and Anything Goes. She was the orchestra director for Fiddler on the Roof. She has directed Meet Me In St. Louis, Pippin, How to Succeed in   Business Without Really Trying, Once Upon A Mattress, Copacabana, Fiddler on the Roof, Beauty and the Beast, Footloose,   Seussical, Once Upon This   Island, Sweet Charity, Peter Pan, The Music Man, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Guys and Dolls, Crazy for You, The Little Mermaid,  Shrek, On the Town,  Mamma Mia,, Addams Family, Godspell and Grease

 

Beth Moore (Vocal Music Director and Orchestra Conducutor)

Ms Moore teaches AP music theory, piano, and chorus in the high school and chorus in the middle school. She has also been on the faculty of The Westminster Conservatory in Princeton. She is an active pianist and conductor. Highlights of her high school choir’s performances include The White House, Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall, 3x winner of the WOBM Christmas Carol Competition, and The National Christmas Tree in DC. 

 

Drew Wilfrid (Choreographer/Set Builder)

Drew Wilfrid is an alumni of Central Regional High School and is excited to be choreographing this fun production. Drew Has Choreographed numerous productions including “Crazy For You”, “The Little Mermaid”, “Shrek The Musical”, “On The Town”, “Mamma Mia”, “Mary Poppins” , “Addams Family”, Godspell, and Grease

 

Megan Rafferty (Set Painter and Head of Stage Crew)


Megan Rafferty is an English teacher here at Central Regional High School and a graduate of Montclair State University where she studied, English, Education, and Musical Theatre. This is her second year working with the drama club and she is so excited to join the creative team. Theatre has always been a large part of her life through extracurricular activities at Jackson Memorial High School, teaching drama and technical theatre to camp students in Monmouth County, and attending the OCVTS Performing Arts Academy for High School. “ I am ecstatic to share my love to this lovely group of students at Central. 

 

Matt Solomon (Costume Design/Assistant Director)

Mr. Solomon couldn't be more thrilled and honored to be part of the production team for a theater program that played such a pivotal role in shaping his education during his time at Central. It feels like a bit of serendipity that this production allows him to merge two of his greatest passions: history and musical theater. Mr. Solomon has had the privilege of contributing to various productions at Central, including serving as Assistant Director for Peter Pan (2011) and Costume Director for Grease (2023). Beyond Central, he's delved into theater at the collegiate and community levels, taking on a myriad of production roles. Mr. Solomon wants to extend his heartfelt wishes to the cast for a sensational show, express deep gratitude to the production team for their unwavering support, give a resounding shoutout to Crystal for her stellar work as an assistant costume designer, and hopes each member of the audience has a truly unforgettable journey back to 1906.
