Ryan Glista (Projections/Video) is an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker and multi-disciplinary digital producer working at the intersection of performing arts and new media. His short films and music videos have screened nationally and internationally, most recently including While You Were Gone, directed by Tony-nominated choreographer Jennifer Weber. Ryan’s work spans video direction, music production, photography and immersive design, creating distinctive audio-visual experiences presented at venues such as the Boston Museum of Science, LUMA Festival, WNDR Museum, and Burning Man. He currently leads immersive video installations at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts, directing the Local Arts Stage program and projects including Magic Mural, the largest projection installation in New England; Lumaria at The Warner Theatre; and Stories of Queer Love, a Telly Award-winning traveling dance video installation created with Carolyn Paine. Ryan has also collaborated as a video producer and teaching artist with numerous theaters, arts programs, and non-profits across New England. He teaches film and multi-channel media production in the UConn School of Fine Arts, where he earned his BA in Film and MFA in Digital Media & Design. @ryanglista
 
Nina Goodale (Backdrop/Art) is a visual artist and interior designer. She worked extensively with Carolyn Paine and CONNetic Dance, providing set designs and immersive installations for numerous past productions including an inventive creation in collaboration with the Wadsworth Atheneum as part of their Coney Island exhibit and an innovative Nutcracker Suite & Spicy pop up experience during the show's hiatus in the pandemic. Nina worked as the project manager across the globe for Urban Art Projects and is currently the Program Manager for PROGER for Riyadh Arts2030 in Saudi Arabia . Nina previously served as the Public Art Consultant for the City of Hartford and  the Public Arts and Placemaking Coordinator for the City of Virginia Beach. She has worked with various schools and museums and has established programs that connected neighborhoods around key initiatives ranging from violence reduction to economic development. Her two favorite pastimes are being inspired everyday by her three daughters, and taking her goodest boy, Logan, for long hikes. @ninalu_ale
