Cara Agnew

as Frieda

is excited to be involved in her first ever show at Butte college and hopes to continue involvement in their program! She graduated in 2018 from Inspire School of Arts and Sciences in Chico and appeared in many main stage shows there. Cara not only appears onstage but dabbles in work behind the scenes as a stage manager and prop master as well. She plans to transfer to a four year university in the fall of 2020 to pursue a degree in the theatre arts.

Derek Anderson

as Tommy Ross

is in his second year at Butte College.  He has been performing since he was six years old.  This is his second production in Chico.  Last Spring he performed in Mama Mia with the Chico Theater Company.  Carrie is his first performance with Butte College.  Derek has loved becoming a family with this cast and has built close friendships with many of the members.  He is very thankful for this experience.  Musical theater is his passion and he hopes to continue to perform with the many wonderful theater companies in Chico.

I have been in 16 previous shows all spanning through out my middle school to college careers. My freshman year of College I was the I.C.C. rep for the butte drama club for one semester. After college I plan to move L.A. and pursue my acting career on screen! I would like to thank my friends for supporting me and more specifically, Andrea for the carpool, love ya!

Benjamin Boyer

Ben Boyer found his love for theater in high school. There he found his stride, going onto perform in legally Blonde. In his senior year, Ben continued acting and performed in Oedipus and in High School Musical 2. In the future, Ben hopes to study dramaturgy and teach in japan.
