Christine Buckstead
Music Director / Keyboard
has a wide range of experiences singing and teaching music. She is thrilled to return to Butte College for a second musical. A recent arrival to Chico, she teaches at Richfield School in Corning, and with the Children’s Choir of Chico. She has music-directed theater productions at Chico Theater Company, and maintains a private voice and piano studio. Christine earned a Bachelor of Music Degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, and Master and Doctor of Music degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Associate Faculty Butte College 20 yrs Kinesiology and Drama.
Dance instructor Chico Creek Dance (Broadway Jazz, Tap, Ballet, pre-dance) 23 yrs.
Has been a choreographer and performer in Butte county for over 25 yrs.

Stage Manager
This is not only Dusty’s first stage management experience, but also her first time working on a production. She’d like to send her love to her kids, family, and friends who have supported her along this journey.

Assistant Stage Manager
AAT to Chico State Art History This is Riata’s first time working backstage on a production but she is familiar with the theater world. Her plan is to transfer to Chico State and go into Animation.
