Nazzareno Ripa
as Shrek
Nazzareno Ripa is a 8th grader here at BRMS, and is honored to play the role of Shrek. This is his first time doing drama club. His hobbies include playing football, wrestling, and choir. He has been in choir since 4th grade. He is 14 years old and enjoys hanging out with his friends. In the future, he hopes to continue with drama at the high school.

Gianna Regalbuto
as Princess Fiona
Gianna Regalbuto,13, is an 8th grade honors student at BRMS. Shrek JR. is the 2nd play Gianna has performed in; starting outlast year as a lioness in The Lion King JR. Now, she is playing the fiery red-head Princess Fiona. When she is not on stage, Gianna enjoys reading, listening to music, watching movies, and going to the mall. This production has been a great experience and she would like to thank her Mom, Dad,and brother Nicolas for being her biggest supporters, her friends for making her believe she could accomplish this huge production, and the greatest director ever, Mrs. Bryant, for giving her such a big opportunity. She would especially like to acknowledge her beloved Aunt Susie who just recently passed. She loved anything broadway and was looking forward to watching the show. Although she is no longer with us, she will always have the best seat in the house.She is an “ogre”achiever and hopes that by the end, this show will make you a true believer!

Nyasia Thompson
as Donkey
Nyasia is an 8th grade student. For the past three years, she has had the privilege of participating in the Drama Club at BRMS. In 6th grade, she played an Oompa Loompa in Willy Wonka, Jr., and in 7th grade she played Zazu in The Lion King, Jr. She is so grateful to have such an amazing director such as Mrs. Bryant, who has guided her to become a better actress and a better person. Ever since Nyasia was a little kid, she knew she had something to give; and acting was that thing. She is ecstatic to be performing this year with her amazing drama family!!!

Nate Johnson
as Lord Farquaad
Nate Johnson is a 6th grader at BRMS. Nate is so excited to play the role of "Lord Farquaad". Nate once had a chance to sing and be on stage with Kenny Rogers. He also played a part in BRHS's production of "Once on this Island". He loves playing football, wrestling, dancing, and playing video games. He lives in Richland with his parents (Sharidon and Rosa), brothers, and sister.
