SYNOPSIS
THE ADDAMS FAMILY features an original story, and it's every father's nightmare. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family - a man her parents have never met. And if that weren't upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he's never done before - keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's 'normal' boyfriend and his parents.
DIRECTOR'S NOTE
We are pleased to present to you this creepy and kooky story of The Addams Family. As an original musical based soley on Addams' cartoon characters, this comedy will have you "rolling" down memory lane.
It has been a pleasure to watch the students grow in both their "character" and creative nature. Much hard work and effort has been put forth to make this production a success. Please accept my deepest appreciation to them, their families, and volunteers for all the time and dedication alloted to complete this show.
Prepare yourself for an evening of mysterious and spooky fun. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy Buckeye Valley High School's performance of The Addams Family!
