Note from the Director
The message of the story of the Ugly Duckling is a timeless one and very appropriate at the moment. So many of the characters in the story of "Honk Jr." are bullies, or bystanders, allowing someone who is different to be made fun of and rejected. The feelings of the character of Ugly are feelings young people experience every day. Please take time to remind your children that they are special and loved. The more we can celebrate everyone's differences, the less different everyone will feel! We are so proud of our performers and crews; these young people have worked very hard as usual to bring you an entertaining show. Enjoy the story of these "folk down on the farm!"
