Sophia Kluender is a senior here at Battle Mountain and is happy to be participating in her final show here. Sophia is going to be attending Laguna College of Art and Design this fall. She is super grateful for the community and experiences theater has brought her with all the support and great people within!

Bodie Lacross
as Masters of Ceremony
Bodie is so excited to take part in their last high school show! Having done 15+ shows, Bodie’s enthusiastic about continuing this passion during university. When they're not stealing the show onstage, they spend their time tending to plants and making music. They wish to thank everyone who’s supported them in their journey as an actor.

Phoenix Wellbaum
as Velma Kelly
Phoenix Wellbaum is a junior here at Battle Mountain High School. This is their 5th show with the BMHS theater program. They have appeared as Tanya in Mamma Mia and Abigail in The Crucible and are so excited to be playing Velma Kelly in Chicago. Outside of theater, Phoenix is a captain of the Speech and Debate team. They enjoy traveling, rehearsal, reading, rehearsal, pondering the meaning of life, and, of course, rehearsal. They are so proud of how much this program has grown and would like to thank all of the seniors for their love and support over the past few years and wish them all the luck in the future.

as Roxie Hart
Carla Hahn is a junior at Battle Mountain High School. Her hobbies and passions include skiing, biking, and most importantly, singing and performing. She would like to thank her parents and directors for always supporting her, and she can't wait to showcase what she has learned playing her role of Roxie in Chicago.
