as Abigail Williams

(they/them)As someone who has found a home in the theater, every show at Battle Mountain has been life changing for me. From Pippin to Twelve Huntsmen to Mamma Mia and now onto our next adventure: The Crucible. I'm so excited to be playing such a complex and cunning character as Abigail Williams. While she is clearly no dancing queen, Abigail's apparent flaws and hidden strengths have been an adventure to learn and portray in this incredible show; and her story stands to show lessons about all of our hidden desires and thoughts. Playing this role has been incredible, but I'm really nothing like Abigail... I would never live on a farm.
Willem Rohwer

Willem has made it to his senior year in high school. He joined the theatre program last fall at the beginning of his junior year. Since then, he has had the privilege to play lead roles as Jacob Grimm in The Twelve Huntsmen and Harry Bright in Mamma Mia. Being an avid and passionate musician, he plans to pursue a college degree in music performance next fall, as well as a degree in astrophysics. For now, he will continue to enjoy mountain biking, skiing, drawing, and making music.

Hi I’m Isabel Applegate (she/her) and I am a senior at Battlemountain. This is my 7th show and I cannot express how much love I have for this community and art form. I would like to thank the directors my amazing costars and my family for always supporting me. Enjoy the show!

Yep, that's me. My name is Rocco Romano, and I've been involved in a number of wacky situations starting in Radium Girls my freshman year. Since then, I've been in every single production at Battle Mountain, from tall to small. I really enjoy getting to be someone different and try and work in a new mindset with my good friends all around me.
