Joey Nasta (Director) is an NYC-based actor, director, and producer proud to working with Aspire PAC for the second time! He previously directed the pilot production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory JR. Recently, he performed as Monty Navarro in A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder with the Light Opera of New Jersey and in Christmas at the Playhouse at the Hunterdon Hills Playhouse. Joey frequently works as a co-producer with off-Broadway producing collectives Honigman & Sons and KopCorp, and is Executive Producer of Spokehouse Productions, a site-specific theatre company that has produced work across NYC, from inside Vanderbilt mansions to Williamsburg bars. He worked in fundraising at PlayCo and Ensemble Studio Theatre, and in general management at Clubbed Thumb. Joey studied Acting and Directing at Fordham University. Casey Gorab (Music Director) is excited to work on her fourth production with Aspire after working on the Spring Cabaret, the recent pilot production of Disney's Dare to Dream, and the 2023 production of Mean Girls JR. She was introduced to Aspire as a performer around 2014 and is thrilled to return years later as a music director. In addition to music directing, she currently works as a composer for film and media, a private music teacher for voice and piano, and a performer at local restaurants and venues! She graduated Montclair State University with a degree in Music Composition and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree at NYU for Screen Scoring. She’d like to wish a special thank you to her family and every other family here supporting their kids in their artistic journeys. They are all so talented and have such a big future ahead of them!
Melanie Della Peruti (Choreographer) is so excited to be choreographing her 10th show with Aspire Performing Arts Company! She previously choreographed Aspire's productions of Into the Woods, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory JR., Dare to Dream, The Prom, The Addams Family, Shrek the Musical JR., 13, Legally Blonde, and Disney's Moana JR. Melanie is a graduate of Montclair State University where she studied dance and elementary education, and is currently a Kindergarten teacher. She has previously worked with The Cranford Dramatic Club and Onstage Theater Camp where she has choreographed shows such as Seussical, The Addams Family, Mamma Mia, and Legally Blonde. She is SO proud of the cast and cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work. Thanks to Lisa, Joey, Casey, Jay and Cheryl for being a great team!
