Notes from the Director:
I am so very proud of this production and the effort that the cast, crew, designers and directors have put in to make this the high quality show that we aspire to each year at AHS. More importantly than the product that you see on the stage, is the learning experience behind the scenes; both artistically and personally. I’m especially proud of the dedication, teamwork, respect and level of commitment that these students have demonstrated throughout the process. There is nothing like putting on a challenging show such as this and watching each student grow along the way and discover new talents and strengths, building their self-confidence and pride in their accomplishments. As I heard one student say, “After this, I know I can now do anything”. It is why I do what I do.
To my Seniors: It’s bittersweet watching our final performance together. You have made my heart burst with pride and it is hard to see you go.
Bryan Alvarez- You bring a smile and positive attitude into every room- thank you for keeping our spirits up!
Sophie Dasaro- Loved getting to work with you all grown up after directing you in “White Christmas” years ago. You have grown into such a graceful and talented young lady!
Jack Dresser- How would I have done ANYTHING without you?! I’m serious I will vote for you when you run for President.
Marta Galambos- So grateful I finally got you on stage in your senior year- you better keep this up! :)
Sophia Higbie- You have overcome so much, I could not be more proud of you this year. Dream Big, you are going places lady! I’ll miss seeing you every day!
Maria King- You have so many talents and passions, I am in awe of you and so proud!
Emery Major- You’ve proven to be more than just an outstanding actor, dancer, comedian and musician. Your humility and generosity show your character offstage is even more impressive. Can't wait to see your name in lights.
Luis Martinez- You are such an inspiring and motivating leader, I’m so proud of all that you’ve become, you have an impact on so many and you always see the silver lining.
Cole Schwab- Loud and proud, you make me laugh even though you drive me crazy:) Your work ethic was OUTSTANDING for this show and I could not be more proud. Will miss your shenanigans.
Shea Strutz- Your passion for the stage amazes me and your fearless willingness to try anything inspires many. You are such a natural leader and I know you will go so far.
Luke Wampler- You are more talented than you even know. I have been so impressed with you this year and your maturity and dedication. You can honestly do anything!
Eliza Wells- I appreciate how dedicated you are to your art. You raise the bar for everyone around you. Your youthful spirit is so refreshing to us all.
