Joey Johnson
Director
Joey Johnson is a Southern Illinois native who grew up in theatre. He has performed with almost every theatre group in the area. He has also directed Skyline Creek Productions, Three Graces Theatre, and is proud to have worked on his 11th production with Artstarts Company. Working with children in this area has been his most rewarding “job” to date. He thanks his friends, family and Artstarts board for this amazing opportunity.

Samantha Bursich
Choreographer
Samantha Jane Bursch (choreographer) lives in Murphysboro and has been involved in over 75 theatrical and film productions in the St Louis and Southern Illinois region. She has been very blessed and honored to be a part of the Artstarts Family for several years now. Samantha teaches tap locally, and also gives private lessons in voice and piano out of her home. She would like to thank her family and friends and Robb for all their support and love, this fabulous production crew that she is fortunate to be a part of, Artstarts for this amazing opportunity, and the kids for being so crazy talented and versatile.

Granger Odum
Music Director
Granger Odum has spent 6 years as the Music Director for Artstarts. This is his eleventh production with the company, having previously music directed Sounds of America, Aladdin Jr./Aladdin Kids, The Lion King Jr., The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mulan Jr., Annie, and Newsies. He is delighted to be back for this fantastic production of Frozen Jr. Granger has been involved in Southern Illinois theatre for over 20 years. He states, “It is always an honor to bring another work to the stage.” He is also the Director of Music at First Presbyterian Church of Marion and a private voice teacher. He says he continues to be humbled by the opportunity to work with such talented and creative young people. He wants to thank the children in the cast for being the wonderful people that they are!
