Adheesh Patnaik
as Will Shakespeare
Adheesh Patnaik is thrilled for this production of Shakespeare in Love at the La Cite Theatre. He has performed at this venue twice before as Eddie Souther in last year’s Sister Act and Malvolio the year before in The Public’s Twelfth Night. A classically trained singer through the Royal Conservatory of Music, the defending Alberta Provincial Champion and podium- placer in the Shooting Federation of Canada Junior National Championship for Olympic 10 meter air rifle.

Mana Espinosa
as Kit Marlowe
It’s Mana’s last year here. The cast and crew of Shakespeare in Love have become her second family, and she can’t wait to cry on her last show night. On days where she’s not on the theatre grind, she is counting the days until it’s warm enough to sail again.

Justin Walker
as Lord Wessex
Justin Walker is delighted to participate in this year’s production of Shakespeare In Love. He has performed twice at La Cité before with MAC in both Sister Act, and Twelfth Night. Justin is an avid debater, actively involved in both the schools ethics bowl, and model UN clubs. When not arguing some obscure topic, he can be found making a fool of himself as captain of MAC’s improv team, and wishing he was in the mountains.

Jeina Capistrano
as Fennyman
Jeina Capistrano is thrilled to be in MACs production of Shakespeare in Love. Having been in other MAC productions, she’s excited to be acting with her first named role, previously she has been a part of the dance ensemble for musicals. Outside of the theatre, Jeina spends her downtime reading and drawing. Her favourite genres are dystopian and horror.
